Registering a marriage between Egyptian Man and German Woman in Egypt involves several official steps. Here is the step-by-step process:
Both partners must undergo a pre-marriage medical check at an authorized government hospital in Egypt. This medical certificate is mandatory for registration at the Ministry of Justice.
The German Woman spouse must obtain a No-Objection/Capacity certificate from German Embassy in Cairo in Cairo. Our office prepares the documents, obtains this certificate, and certifies it at the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Once all documents are ready, both spouses go to the Foreign Marriage Office at the Egyptian Ministry of Justice (Lazoghly, Cairo). The registration requires 2 Egyptian witnesses with valid IDs and the signing of the official contract.
We authenticate the marriage contract at the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to make it internationally recognized. We then assist you in registering the contract at the Germany Embassy for family visa/residency application.
We are an authorized and registered law firm in Egypt with over 15 years of experience. We facilitate and register marriages for foreign nationals, Ministry of Justice contracts, and embassy approvals.
We provide complete legal guidance, handle embassy procedures, document translation, and ensure a legally sound and certified marriage contract that fully protects both spouses.
Official registration at the Ministry of Justice protects the legal and religious rights of both spouses internationally. Key protections include:
Full Marital Rights: The official contract establishes all legal rights including inheritance, marital support (Nafaqah), and the registered dowry (Mahr).
Children's Rights and Lineage: It guarantees the official birth registration and lineage of children in the civil registries of Egypt and Germany, allowing them to obtain passports and citizenship.
Residency and Travel Visas: The certified contract is the key document required to apply for family residency in Egypt or to apply for a family reunification/spouse visa in Germany.
We are proud of the trust of hundreds of couples who registered their marriages successfully through our office.
